ReferenceGateways and calls

A call's captured arguments and result (owners and admins of the team whose setting captured it)

GET/v1/teams/{team}/calls/{callId}/payload

Answers when the team owns the call's gateway and the gateway's capture switch captured it, or owns the call's server and the server's switch captured it, and the caller is one of the team's owners or admins. Platform roles don't count here; platform staff use adminGetCallPayload. 404 call_not_found (not a call of the team), 404 payload_not_found (not captured, captured under another team's or a platform gateway's switch, or already deleted by retention), 403 for team members below admin. Every successful read is audited as mcp_call.payload_view (via: team). Cache-Control: no-store.
