Capabilities a team gateway may select (team owners and admins)
GET
/v1/teams/{team}/gateway-optionsTools, prompts, resources and resource templates of the team's own enabled servers (any publish state, listed), plus approved, listed ones of published, enabled servers of other teams. Resource templates that use RFC 6570 expressions other than {var} and {+var} are left out (they can't be matched safely).
