The caller's notification preferences, one row per event they can receive

/v1/me/notification-preferences

Only events the caller can receive are listed: team events for the roles they hold, publish.requested for platform admins, key.expiring and connection.needs_reconsent for everyone. Defaults: in-app on, email on (custom=false). email only takes effect when emailAvailable (the operator configured SMTP).
