GET
/v1/admin/settings/networkentries are the platform admins' (editable); deploymentEntries come from UPSTREAM_ALLOWED_NETWORKS and are read-only. Loopback, link-local (including cloud metadata), unspecified, multicast and broadcast addresses stay blocked whatever the entries say.
