Replace the extra redaction patterns (platform admins)
PUT
/v1/admin/settings/capture422 invalid_pattern with details.index and details.reason (syntax, too_long, too_many, matches_empty). Patterns apply to captures from then on (other replicas within 30 seconds); stored payloads are not rewritten. Audited as settings.capture_update.

The resource's revision, as returned in ETag (for example "3"). Missing returns 428; stale returns 412.
